On October 2, 2025, the eighth edition of SEE ITS Awards brought together more than 300 leaders from the business, technology, and institutional spheres at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. Organized by the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services and Technology (AIBEST) as part of the annual SEE ITS Summit, the ceremony celebrated the companies and individuals shaping the future of the region’s high-value services industry.

For the second consecutive year d:istinkt was the communication and organizational partner of SEE ITS Summit & Awards 2025 helping transform the event into a powerful platform for connection, recognition, and inspiration.

Honoring Innovation, Leadership, and Sustainable Growth

This year’s Awards recognized achievements across eight key categories, highlighting companies that have demonstrated outstanding vision, transformation, and commitment to excellence.

• Elevate received the Business Transformation Award for redefining its role from a traditional HR provider to a strategic business partner through digitalization, AI innovation, and strong brand development.
• Proxiad SEE earned the Service Excellence Award for its culture of trust, client-centric innovation, and measurable long-term results.
• Experian Bulgaria was named Employer of the Year for more than two decades of leadership in people-first culture, talent development, and innovation.
• Wiser Technology won the AI Adoption Leader Award for creating its in-house AI Factory Platform, accelerating enterprise-level integration of artificial intelligence.
• Paysafe received the Responsible Business Award for its large-scale CSR programs promoting education, diversity, environmental sustainability, and community support.
• SAP was honored with the Business–Education Alliance Award for its long-term partnerships with universities and commitment to bridging academia and industry needs.
• Lirex received the Digital Trust & Cybersecurity Award for proven leadership in protecting critical infrastructures and building secure digital environments.
• And for the first time, the Industry Leader Award was introduced — presented to IPS Group for its strategic vision and influence in setting new standards in the high-value services sector.

A Night of Inspiration and Shared Vision

The gala evening, hosted by Joanna Dragneva and featuring live performances by Magi Djanavarova, brought together business leaders, diplomats, and policy makers in a celebration of collaboration and excellence.
